Since 2019, Le Subtil has experienced significant growth and evolution under their leadership. Daughters of the founding president, André Boivin, they grew up within the company and know every facet of it. After holding various operational roles for several years, they now lead the company with an ambitious vision: to make Le Subtil a benchmark brand in healthy fast food in Quebec.
Aware that the success of a franchise network relies on a solid foundation, they undertook a complete transformation of the organization. Processes, technologies, branding, food offerings, support structures, management tools, training, and coaching: every aspect of the company has been rethought to create a high-performing, replicable model designed to support the growth of a franchisee network.
Their greatest strength lies in their complementarity. Together, they combine strategic vision, operational sense, innovation, and a hands-on approach with their teams to offer concrete, human-centered support to each of their partners.
